At Jake's Tutoring, Jake offers one-on-one personalized and effective tutoring to prepare your child for the upcoming math curriculum. Jake is an experienced tutor and uses time-tested strategies that work, ensuring that each student achieves their academic goals. Jake also remembers that middle school is that strange time when you're too old for local camps but not old enough to work, so he will provide driving support to and from activities and will also plan and coordinate exciting adventurers for your child, such as mini-golf, Dave and Busters, excursions into the city as well as local sporting events and Mets and Yankees games. Jake will provide a safe environment for your child to explore the world and have fun!

About
Meet Jake Rendino

Jake is a rising senior at Montclair Kimberley Academy (MKA) and has been a math tutor for the past two years. He has tutored individually and in a classroom setting, teaching up to ten middle school boys in math and science. He takes the highest level of math offered at MKA and will take Multivariable Calculus his senior year. He is also on the MKA Honor Council, a member of the Student Diversity Leadership Committee, the Junior Class Vice-President, and a varsity baseball and soccer player since freshman and sophomore year. Jake co-founded the MKA Book Club and is involved in a variety of community activities. For the past three summers, Jake has been a counselor at MKA's summer Star Camp and has a wide range of experience interacting with primary school and middle school aged children.
